He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer with over 25 years’ experience in training Microsoft technologies. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Tolani Jennifer Daramola

Tolani Jennifer Daramola is a Safety professional with about 10 years’ experience in promoting health and safety awareness, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Enlightenment.

She has a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and has M.sc in Public Health in view, she had also completed Level 1 and Level 3, HSE Competency training with the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria.

Amarachi JohnMark

Amarachi JohnMark is a registered homeroom teacher: a certified Young Learners’ tutor with Cambridge University and member Teachers Council of Nigeria *(TCN)*.
She has accumulated 16 years’ experience working in the educational sector.

She holds a Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed. Educational Administration and Planning)

She is a public speaker, trainer, and also a relationship expert, with bias in Pre-Marital Counseling

She is the CEO of EightyBox Consult as well as Chephzibah Educational and Empowerment Initiative.

She is currently working on several educational books that will be of great benefit to teachers, parents and students up the tertiary level.

She is passionate about inclusive teaching and effective classroom management.

Josh Ochu

Josh Ochu is passionate about people and unlocking their potentials. With a background in banking then consulting, Josh has worked with more than 30 SMEs and mid-tier companies. Each one of them unique yet facing common challenges; needing support with structure, leadership, growth, and more often than others, people related pain points.

Results-oriented, Josh delivers his own blend of business insight with direct, practical advice firmly based on experience, empirical data and outcomes. His time-management skills are legendary, leading others to want to tap into ‘the Josh effect’.

He loves taking the opportunity to speak about his HR and Human Potential Development journey, and share insights from both working with and leading a scale-up business.

Josh, has acquired over seventeen years of experience in the Human Resource & Human Potential Development space, serving both the public, private and development sectors.

Dr. Zainab White

Dr. Zainab White is a skilled academic professional with over 17 years of experience working with diverse students and partners.

She possesses strong research and leadership skills and manages multiple priorities across institutional needs. Dr. White graduated with her B.A. in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She went on to get her Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the Nigerian Teachers institute Kaduna, after which she got her Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Texas (UT) at Austin.

She also has her Ph.D. in Learning Disabilities and Behavioral Disorders from UT as she researches reading and reading interventions in Africa with a focus on Nigeria. Dr. White has worked as an elementary classroom teacher and a Field Supervisor training teachers in several school districts across Texas; she currently works as a Field Analyst supporting the implementation of interventions in a school district in Texas.
